30 minute to 1 hour private lessons
Private lessons are characterized by high intensity training combined with a high level of analysis. Students work 1 on 1 with their coach, targeting specific areas for rapid development. As you work, you will discuss the how and why of what you are learning, while executing the what.
Private lessons are excellent when paired with intermediate lessons, before or after the group class.
30 minutes: $50 + HST 1 hour: $80 + HST

Private lessons for the Spring Schedule are available at the following times beginning Monday March 18 through to Saturday May 11:
- Mondays 6:30-7PM
- Thursdays 6:30-7PM
- Saturdays 4-4:30PM
- Saturdays 4:30-5PM
